The first guest of the night, Amanda Bearse played Marcy D’Arcy in the very successful sitcom Married With Children. Amanda also starred in the cult classic film, Fright Night and has since had a successful career as a director. MattyP starts the interview by playing a rap song performed by Amanda’s former co-star David Faustino aka Lil’ Gweed.

Amanda joins the happy hour by pouring herself a glass of wine. MattyP mentions that Amanda was really the first prime time actresses to come out as gay in a time when not even Ellen was out. He asks her why she felt compelled to do so. Amanda declared that it was during a time when the tabloids where printing rumors and she was in the process of adopting a daughter so she figured she would come out and tell her story to give her story the dignity it deserved. When asked if the Married With Children cast and crew knew about her being gay, she declared, “Oh they knew I was a big ol’ lesbian.” MattyP admits to having a crush on her at one time and references a picture of her he found online taken during Married With Children where Marcy’s adorned in fishnet thigh highs and a garter belt. Amanda admits that she has no recollection of many episodes, but does remember filming in an S&M club with Ted McGinley while in London. Dave asks Amanda if she believes in the Ted McGinley curse. Amanda replied that she knew it existed on Happy Days and Dynasty but that it was broken by the time Ted was on Married With Children, because he was on for five years. MattyP asks Amanda about why the actor who played Marcy’s original husband, Steve Rhodes left the show. “He quit!” replied Amanda. Tune in to hear Amanda answer why Steve Rhodes quit Married With Children. Also replay the interview to learn about a character that Ted McGinley played on Married With Children prior to joining the cast as Jefferson D’Arcy.

The interview continues with Amanda telling the guys about where she thinks the Bundy’s would be today, and her ideas for where Marcy and Jefferson would be.

Amanda recalls having Sam Kinison guest star and we learn that someone else died the night before they were expected to be on set.

It’s time for some questions from fans and an email came in asking Amanda what it was like growing up with an older sister named Bruce Jenner. The actress answered, “talk about a freak show’. Amanda then plays the infamous fuck/marry/ kill game with choices Ellen, Rosie and Chaz Bono. You’ll have to tune into the interview to hear her hysterical answers. The interview ends with some calls from fans and we learn if Amanda was able to suppress her lesbian urges around Christina Applegate and where she was when she learned that David Faustino was black.

The second interview of the night was done by our West Coast correspondent Grim Shea. He had the opportunity to pre-record an interview with Biggest Loser hostess and Days of Our Lives actress, the lovely Alison Sweeney. Alison joins Grim this early in the morning to promote the new season of The Biggest Loser and mentioned that former American Idol winner Ruben Studdard is one of the obese contestants on the show this season. They discuss how Alison has witnessed the contestants lose literally tons of weight during the 15 seasons she’s hosted the show. They also discuss how producers have mastered the art of casting the large and in charge for the show. Grim proposes there should be a spin-off show to get the contestants ready to even become contestant-worthy. Alison agrees and likes the idea. Grim questions Alison about the various relationships she’s had with people who are trapped on the fat-free ranch, and she states “you have personality conflicts, you’re bound to see people at their worst”. Ten Minute Tia is live in the studio and joins the show to question Jake on why he thinks the Honky Tonk Man is such a dick. We also learn that Jake’s favorite wrestling move in the bedroom is the “step over-lick it”. Tia is brave enough to ask the wrestler how much he charges for mustache rides, but tune in to hear how he sets his rates. The mustached superstar mentions that he’s been contacted by a men’s magazine who will rank his ‘stache amongst others’ such as those adorned by Tom Selleck and Ron Jeremy.
