Director Adam Wingard (The Guest, Godzilla vs. Kong, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire) returns to SDCC with Onslaught, A24’s explosive new action-horror thriller, for a special panel featuring the cast and an inside look at one of the year’s most adrenaline-fueled films. (A24 Films)

What is Onslaught?
Imagine The Guest turned up to eleven.
Onslaught follows a decorated Army sniper whose quiet life is shattered when a rogue squad of genetically engineered super soldiers escapes from a secret military installation hidden in the desert. With her young daughter caught in the crossfire, she’s forced to rely on every survival instinct and combat skill she possesses as heavily armed mercenaries and unstoppable killing machines descend on her small community.
Part military thriller, part survival horror, and packed with Wingard’s signature blend of kinetic action and practical mayhem, Onslaught looks poised to deliver one of the year’s most intense theatrical experiences.
The film stars Adria Arjona, Dan Stevens, Rebecca Hall, Drew Starkey, Michael Biehn, Reginald VelJohnson, Eric Wareheim, and UFC champion Alex Pereira, reuniting Wingard with several collaborators from The Guest and Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire.

Throw in an outstanding cast, Kevin Smith moderating the conversation, and an A24 production that promises genetically engineered super soldiers, explosive action, and plenty of surprises, and you’ve got one of Thursday’s most exciting panels.
