Does going to WonderCon this year, help you get in Comic-Con next year?

It couldn’t hurt!

Why is it that Wonder-Con attendees have a 25% better chance of being approved for SDCC badge registration?  We don’t know.  Heck, we’re not even sure if that’s true…

But, there are still Friday and Sunday badges available for this years Wonder-Con held in Anaheim April 18-20 (right next to Disney Land).  Wonder-Con is a member of the Comic-Con International (CCI) organization that hosts the Alternate Press Expo (APE), Wonder-Con, and the big daddy itself San Diego Comic-Con.  Get in CCI’s good graces by attending APE or Wonder-Con and go a head and have a good time while you are there.  Wonder-Con is what SDCC was only about 10 years ago.  It’s full of sights, sounds, views, all while maintaining that exclusive vibe that left SDCC on a spaceship long, long ago.  If you missed out on this years SDCC badge sale Wonder-Con is a fantastic way to get your pop culture fill and it couldn’t hurt to give that CCI Member ID a little exercise before next years SDCC open badge period.  MattyPradio.com will host a 12days to Wonder-Con celebration starting this Sunday April 6th with Wonder-Con posts, updates, and chatter all leading up to special edition of Matty P Presents: Saturday Morning Cereal Wonder-Con(tastic) Show April 17th with surprise guests, Wonder-Con Visitors Must See list, Wonder-Con Exclusives Guide and give-a-ways.

Get on this!

Saturdays are already sold out and rumor has it that Fridays are running low.  Friday badges are only $25 and Sundays are only $15 and with Disney Land a block away there’s always something fun to do!  Slide on your socks, grab your jocks, take your wife (or fella) wake the kids, and make it a family weekend to remember.  See you all in Anaheim!
