This is your last reasonable chance to get Comic-Con badges. But, if you don’t already have a SDCC Membership ID you need not worry, because it’s too late and you are not eligible. Only, those with a SDCC Membership ID may participate in the Open Online Registration Process.
The process is exactly like the pre-registration last month. The only difference, is that this will be harder to get badges because there are going to be more people fighting for less spots. But, the reports from the pre-registration sale suggest that the random nature of the process does elevate some of the frustration of the website crashing and overall panic. All you have to do is log in with your unique registration code between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00am this Saturday and you are in the waiting room. Once you’re in the waiting room the SDCC Gods will randomly assign you a spot in line and depending on availability you can then buy your badges.
For those of you that participated in the pre-registration but DID NOT max out on days (meaning 4 days plus preview night) or you struck out completely, you may participate in this Open Sale and buy or upgrade your badge membership.
If you strike out again during the Open Sale you will have one last ditch effort with the Returned Badge sale but you would be better served going to Wonder Con!

Comic-Con International is pleased to announce that Open Online Registration is finally here! Comic-Con 2014 Open Online Registration will begin shortly after 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on Saturday, March 15, 2014.
The EPIC Registration landing page will open at 7:00 AM (PT) for you to enter your personal registration code and authorize your device to enter the waiting room.
Your personal registration code and link to the landing page will be sent to you via email at least 24 hours prior to the start of the sale. You can also access your registration code by logging in to your Member ID account and selecting the “Registration Info” tab. We suggest you add [email protected] as an approved/authorized sender to your email account.
You must authorize your registration code prior to 9:00 AM (PT) on March 15. The EPIC Registration waiting room will close for entry at 9:00 AM (PT).

Please keep in mind that not all eligible attendees will be able to purchase a badge during Open Online Registration. There are far more eligible attendees than badges available.
